About the role

TechFlow Inc is creating a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a PHP Developer to design, build, and optimize backend services that ingest, transform, and expose operational data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop robust PHP APIs using Laravel to connect data sources
• Design MySQL schemas and write efficient queries for large‑scale analytics
• Implement data validation, error handling, and logging mechanisms
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to refine pipeline requirements
• Ensure code quality with unit tests and code reviews

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel framework
• Proficient in MySQL database design and optimization
• Understanding of RESTful API principles and data serialization
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployments
• Experience with data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for PHP projects
