About the role
LumenWorks is launching a part-time integration effort linking billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a QA Software Tester to design, execute, and maintain functional and regression test suites that ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Key responsibilities
- Develop manual and automated test cases for API endpoints and UI workflows
- Validate data integrity between billing, CRM, and internal services
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and triage defects quickly
- Maintain test documentation and reporting dashboards
- Participate in sprint planning to align testing scope with integration milestones
Must-have skills
- Strong experience in QA testing of RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with Selenium for web automation
- Hands‑on automation scripting and test framework maintenance
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with billing or CRM platforms
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for test execution
- Knowledge of performance testing tools
