Senior AWS Cloud Engineer Needed for Cloud Landing Zone

About the role

NovaForge Tech is launching a data pipeline and analytics enablement project for its operations teams. We need an AWS Cloud Engineer to design, build, and hand‑off a scalable, secure pipeline that ingests raw logs, transforms data, and feeds dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end data pipelines using AWS services (S3, Kinesis, Glue, Redshift)
• Implement CI/CD for infrastructure with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Containerize processing components with Docker and orchestrate on ECS/EKS
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipeline health
• Collaborate with data analysts to validate data quality and performance

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda)
• Proficiency in Docker containerization
• Solid DevOps practices and automation tooling
• Linux system administration and scripting

Nice to have

• Experience with data warehousing (Redshift, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of streaming technologies (Kinesis, Kafka)
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools
