About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is building a next‑generation decentralized finance platform that requires robust, secure smart contracts. We need a senior Blockchain Engineer to design, develop, and deploy core contract logic that will power token issuance, staking, and automated market making.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement Solidity smart contracts for core DeFi features.
• Integrate contracts with front‑end dApps using Web3 libraries.
• Conduct thorough unit testing and on‑chain simulations.
• Collaborate with product and security teams to define requirements.
• Prepare deployment pipelines and manage contract upgrades.
• Document code, interfaces, and deployment procedures.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with Solidity and Ethereum Virtual Machine.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for scripting and tooling.
• Strong understanding of REST API design for off‑chain services.
• Knowledge of smart contract security best practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Hardhat or Truffle.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Layer‑2 scaling solutions.
• Exposure to formal verification tools.
