About the role

TechFlow Inc is seeking a senior Data Scientist to lead the development of a predictive analytics platform that will power real‑time decision making across its product suite. The project focuses on building robust machine‑learning pipelines, integrating diverse data sources, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines for large‑scale feature engineering.
• Develop, train, and validate predictive models using Python and relevant libraries.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed models into production APIs.
• Perform statistical analysis to assess model performance and bias.
• Document methodology, code, and results for reproducibility.
• Provide technical guidance to junior data team members.

Must-have skills

• Advanced Python programming for data science.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency in building REST APIs for model serving.
• Strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Exposure to JavaScript for data visualization integration.
