About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the migration of a legacy application suite to a modern, container‑based infrastructure. The project focuses on automating deployment pipelines, enhancing scalability, and ensuring high availability across multiple cloud regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Containerize microservices with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes.
• Configure and manage AWS resources, including VPC, EC2, RDS, and IAM roles.
• Develop infrastructure as code scripts with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance and implement automated alerting and logging.
• Collaborate with development teams to enforce security best practices.

Must-have skills

• Extensive experience with AWS services and networking.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline creation and automation.
• Infrastructure as Code expertise (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Solid scripting skills in Bash/Python.

Nice to have

• Experience with Helm charts and service mesh technologies.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
