About the role

Silverline Labs is modernizing its operations data flow. We need a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and automate a robust data pipeline that feeds analytics dashboards for our ops teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end data ingestion and processing pipelines on AWS.
• Containerize ETL components with Docker and orchestrate via Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD workflows to deploy pipeline updates safely.
• Monitor performance, ensure reliability, and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with data analysts to align pipeline outputs with reporting needs.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.).
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for production workloads.
• Hands‑on CI/CD pipeline creation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Solid scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash).
• Understanding of data engineering concepts and streaming.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Background in real‑time analytics platforms.
