About the role

NovaForge Tech is launching a greenfield SaaS product and needs a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design the core container platform. You will shape the deployment architecture from scratch, ensuring scalability, security, and rapid iteration for a remote‑first team.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement a Kubernetes cluster on the chosen cloud provider.
• Build CI/CD pipelines that automate Docker image creation, testing, and rollout.
• Define infrastructure‑as‑code templates for repeatable environment provisioning.
• Collaborate with developers to containerize microservices and optimize resource usage.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for cluster health and performance.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with Docker containerization.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes design, networking, and security.
• Proven DevOps mindset with automation of build, test, and deployment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Helm charts and GitOps workflows.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies.
