About the role

Cascade Apps is enhancing its test automation framework to lower regression risk before major releases. We need a GraphQL API Developer to design, implement, and integrate robust GraphQL services that power automated test suites and reporting dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop GraphQL schemas and resolvers for test data retrieval
• Integrate GraphQL endpoints with existing Node.js test runners
• Collaborate with QA engineers to define data contracts for automated scenarios
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure API reliability
• Document API usage and contribute to shared knowledge base

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building GraphQL APIs in production
• Proficiency with React for building test dashboards
• Deep knowledge of NodeJS and REST API integration
• Understanding of test automation concepts and CI pipelines

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jest or Cypress testing frameworks
• Experience with Docker containers for isolated test environments
