About the role

BrightMart Solutions is launching a rapid CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need a Java Developer who can design, implement, and fine‑tune pipelines that support microservice deployments and ensure high‑quality, repeatable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Integrate automated testing, static analysis, and containerization into the release flow.
• Collaborate with product and ops teams to streamline environment provisioning.
• Monitor pipeline performance and implement improvements for faster feedback loops.
• Document workflow standards and provide knowledge transfer sessions.

Must-have skills

• Strong Java development experience (5+ years).
• Deep knowledge of Spring Boot and microservice architecture.
• Hands‑on expertise with CI/CD tools and scripting.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native deployment patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or other IaC solutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
