About the role

Pinecrest Systems is expanding a B2B SaaS platform with multi‑tenant capabilities. We need a Microservices Architect to design, implement, and guide the delivery of isolated feature pipelines that serve multiple tenants securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Define microservice boundaries and communication contracts for tenant‑specific features
• Design scalable APIs and data isolation strategies
• Lead containerization strategy with Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and monitoring for rapid, reliable releases
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Must-have skills

• Deep experience designing microservice architectures for SaaS
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Java ecosystems
• Strong understanding of multi‑tenant data segregation and security
• Ability to produce clear documentation and guide junior engineers

Nice to have

• Experience with event‑driven patterns and Kafka
• Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools
• Background in performance tuning of distributed Java services
