About the role

We are revamping a high‑traffic legacy production platform to achieve zero‑downtime releases. As a Microservices Architect you will define the target architecture, guide migration patterns, and ensure seamless service continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Design a modular microservices ecosystem that replaces monolithic components
• Create migration blueprints enabling incremental rollout without service interruption
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for each service
• Collaborate with dev and ops teams to enforce standards and resolve integration challenges
• Monitor performance and reliability metrics during and after migration

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in microservices design and implementation
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
• Strong Java development background
• Proven track record of zero‑downtime deployments

Nice to have

• Knowledge of event‑driven architectures and messaging systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
