About the role

Silverline Labs is enhancing a B2B SaaS product with a new multi‑tenant feature set. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design, implement, and optimize the data layer that will support isolated tenant schemas, efficient routing, and secure access controls.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a multi‑tenant MongoDB strategy aligned with performance and compliance goals
• Build aggregation pipelines and indexes for tenant‑specific queries
• Implement data migration scripts to transition existing customers without downtime
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate the data model into Node.js services
• Write automated tests and monitoring alerts for data integrity

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in MongoDB schema design and sharding
• Proven experience delivering multi‑tenant architectures
• Strong command of JavaScript, Node.js, and RESTful APIs
• Ability to write clear documentation and troubleshoot production issues

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes for database deployment
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
