About the role
Cascade Apps is modernizing its customer‑facing services. We need a .NET Core Developer to lead a performance and reliability overhaul, ensuring low latency and high availability across all APIs.
Key responsibilities
- Refactor existing .NET Core services for speed and scalability
- Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting in Azure
- Optimize database access patterns and caching strategies
- Write automated unit and integration tests to guarantee reliability
- Collaborate with QA and product teams to validate performance targets
Must-have skills
- 5+ years of .NET Core development
- Strong C# expertise and async programming
- Hands‑on experience with Azure services (App Service, Functions, Monitor)
- Proven track record of performance tuning and load testing
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
