About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching a fast‑track CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need a Terraform Engineer who can design, implement, and fine‑tune infrastructure as code pipelines that integrate tightly with our existing toolchain.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and codify AWS environments using Terraform modules tailored for CI/CD workloads
• Build reusable Terraform libraries that support blue‑green deployments and automated rollbacks
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to embed Terraform workflows into GitHub Actions and Jenkins pipelines
• Implement state management strategies, including remote backends and workspace segregation for multiple environments
• Conduct performance testing of provisioned resources and optimize for cost and speed

Must-have skills

• Proven experience writing production‑grade Terraform code on AWS
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
• Strong DevOps mindset with automation and scripting proficiency
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure failures quickly and document solutions

Nice to have

• Experience with Terragrunt or Terraform Cloud
• Familiarity with container orchestration (EKS, ECS)
• Knowledge of security best practices for IaC
