Key Responsibilities
- Complete forms and documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct
- Collaborate with the customer service team to deliver exceptional support to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data entry systems and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements as needed
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our services, coordinating with other departments as required
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry, taking corrective action as necessary
- Provide training and support to new team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth transition
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of new procedures and policies
- Analyze data and identify trends, providing insights and recommendations to management
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our services
- Work on special projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and development of the company
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
- Certification in data entry or a related field an asset

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
