Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the senior management team, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, including customer information, sales data, and other relevant records
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, for senior management team members
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required
- Provide customer service support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks, including entering customer information, sales data, and other relevant records into our database
- Conduct research and gather information to support business development and sales efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and goals
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies and plans
- Perform other tasks and duties as required, including special projects and assignments
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with database management software, including data entry and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, virtual environment, with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including salesforce.com or similar platforms
- Certification in administration, customer service, or a related field, such as Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
