Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate content across various platforms to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement content review processes and guidelines.
- Utilize content management systems and tools to track, manage, and analyze content performance and moderation efforts.
- Maintain thorough records of content reviewed, including decisions made and actions taken.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in content moderation.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations pertaining to content.
- Develop and implement training programs for new moderators to ensure consistency in content review standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure moderation quality and adherence to guidelines.
- Provide feedback to content creators on quality, compliance, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to contribute to the development of content moderation policies and procedures.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in content moderation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in content moderation, editing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise messages.
- Proficiency in content management systems and moderation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
