In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from duplicating and organizing content for our website and social media platforms, to assisting with content migration and integration. You will be an integral part of our content creation team, and your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our content.

Key Responsibilities

• Duplicate and organize content across various platforms, including website, social media, and marketing materials
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of duplicated content, with a strong focus on attention to detail
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers to integrate and replicate content seamlessly
• Assist with content migration and integration, including data entry and content upload
• Meet deadlines and exceed expectations, with a strong focus on efficiency and productivity
• Work closely with the content creation team to ensure consistent branding and tone across all platforms
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of duplicated content
• Provide support and assistance to the content creation team, as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content replication and organization
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions, as required
• Maintain accurate records and reports of duplicated content, including metrics and analytics
• Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry, content research, and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with content management systems, including WordPress and Drupal
