Key Responsibilities

• Copy and paste content from various sources into our content management system
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of the content, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to produce high-quality content
• Develop and implement workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in content creation
• Use content management systems to publish and manage content
• Analyze and report on content performance, including metrics such as engagement and clicks
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Use technical skills, such as HTML and CSS, to create and edit content
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our content creation processes and systems
• Identify and report any issues or errors in the content or systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in English, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, writing, or editing
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with content management systems and technical skills such as HTML and CSS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data entry and customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Certification in content creation, writing, or editing an asset
