Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as needed, utilizing Microsoft Office tools.

  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and analyze sales trends.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media management.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform sales-related tasks, including lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
  • Prepare and submit reports on customer service metrics, sales performance, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM software and data entry tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field is an asset.
