Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processes to support the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets
• Design and implement data visualization tools and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into overall business strategy and operations
• Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to build predictive models and forecast future trends
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise, and actionable reports
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in data analysis and apply this knowledge to improve our services and solutions
• Work closely with clients to understand their data needs and develop customized solutions that meet their goals and objectives
• Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that data analysis components are integrated effectively into overall project timelines and budgets
• Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and procedures for data analysis and interpretation within the company
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development and growth
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional development to maintain and enhance technical skills and industry knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or consulting environment
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling techniques, including regression, clustering, and decision trees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Experience with data mining, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security principles and practices
