As a Data Analyst at Celestia Analytics, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, and developing predictive models that forecast future trends. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processes to support business intelligence
• Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth
• Develop predictive models that forecast future trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
• Implement data quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve data analysis capabilities
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise, and actionable reports
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of data systems, processes, and methodologies
• Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies
• Participate in project planning, project management, and project delivery to ensure successful project outcomes
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Experience with statistical modeling, data mining, and data visualization
• Strong understanding of database management systems, data warehousing, and data governance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or Java
