Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processes to support business intelligence and analytics
• Design and implement data visualization tools and reports to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improvement
• Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify relationships between variables and predict future trends
• Develop and maintain data quality metrics and monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Provide technical support and training to colleagues on data analysis tools and techniques
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and recommend innovative solutions to improve business performance
• Develop and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and procedures
• Participate in project planning and implementation to ensure data analysis requirements are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into business processes and decision-making
• Conduct regular data quality checks and implement data validation and verification procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or consulting environment
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data quality and integrity
• Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis, preferably using tools such as R or Python
• Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
