Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions
  • Support sales teams with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize technology, including CRM software, email marketing tools, and virtual communication platforms
  • Provide sales support, including generating sales reports, tracking sales activity, and analyzing sales data
  • Conduct market research, gathering data and insights to inform business decisions
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions, and sharing ideas and feedback

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on sales and customer engagement
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM software, email marketing tools, and virtual communication platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business administration or related field preferred
