Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently complete digital forms for clients, ensuring high levels of data quality and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with customer service representatives to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy, meeting performance targets and deadlines.
  • Utilize software applications and tools to complete forms, manage data, and track progress.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, and processes, staying up-to-date with changes and updates.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, guides, and procedures to support the onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes, services, and customer experiences.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and data management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving performance targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and customer service platforms.
  • Certifications in data entry, customer service, or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
