Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough website audits to identify technical SEO issues and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and boost brand visibility
• Conduct keyword research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities to improve our online presence
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, titles, and descriptions, to improve search engine rankings
• Analyze website analytics and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our SEO strategies
• Collaborate with our content team to develop high-quality, optimized content that drives engagement and conversions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends to ensure our SEO strategies remain effective and competitive
• Develop and manage our backlink profile to improve our website's authority and credibility
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues with website crawlability, indexing, and mobile usability
• Develop and implement link building strategies to drive high-quality backlinks to our website
• Collaborate with our social media team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Provide regular SEO reports and analysis to our management team to inform our digital marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO tools and software to ensure our SEO strategies remain effective and efficient
• Collaborate with our development team to ensure our website is technically optimized for search engines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and content optimization techniques
• Proficient in SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
• Experience with content management systems, including WordPress and Drupal
• Strong understanding of website development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with social media marketing, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze website data and develop insights to inform our digital marketing strategies
• Certification in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field is an asset
