Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
