Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive traffic, boost conversions, and enhance our clients' online presence
• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize website performance
• Optimize website content, structure, and meta tags to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our clients' digital marketing strategies
• Monitor and analyze website analytics, track key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights to inform SEO strategies and optimize results
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in the SEO industry and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our clients' search engine rankings and online visibility
• Manage and maintain our clients' local listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all directories and platforms
• Develop and implement link building strategies to increase our clients' online authority and drive referral traffic
• Collaborate with our content team to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with our clients' target audiences and drives engagement
• Provide SEO training and support to our clients, empowering them to make informed decisions and drive their own SEO strategies
• Communicate SEO strategies, recommendations, and results to our clients, providing regular updates and progress reports
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices
• Contribute to the development of our SEO strategies and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team
• Collaborate with our development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our clients' website development and maintenance
• Develop and maintain SEO reports, tracking key performance indicators and providing data-driven insights to inform SEO strategies and optimize results

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving results and improving search engine rankings
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, technical optimization, and link building
• Experience with SEO tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide data-driven insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to clients
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, social media, and paid advertising
• Experience with content management systems, including WordPress and Drupal
• Strong understanding of website development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with project management tools, including Asana and Trello
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
