Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profit
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and revenue forecasts
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes and procedures
• Manage and analyze large datasets to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on changes in the financial services industry and relevant regulations
• Provide training and support to junior team members as needed
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's financial systems and processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles, including accounting, finance, and economics
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, including Excel and financial planning software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights and trends
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including SQL and data visualization software
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes and procedures
• Certification in financial analysis or a related field, such as CFA or CPA, is an asset
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
