About the role

BlueSky Ventures is building a next‑generation travel companion app and needs a Flutter Mobile Developer to lead a test‑automation uplift that will dramatically cut regression risk before the upcoming launch. You will own the automation framework for the new "VoyageGuard" module, ensuring every UI flow is reliably verified across iOS and Android devices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a Flutter‑based end‑to‑end test suite for the VoyageGuard module using integration_test and Flutter Driver.
• Set up CI pipelines in GitHub Actions to run automated UI tests on Firebase Test Lab for multiple device configurations.
• Collaborate with QA leads to prioritize high‑impact regression scenarios and convert them into automated tests.
• Maintain test data factories and mock services to simulate backend responses during test runs.
• Document test coverage metrics and provide weekly risk reports to product owners.
• Refactor existing flaky tests and introduce flaky‑test detection alerts.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building production‑grade Flutter apps (2+ years).
• Proficiency with Flutter testing tools: integration_test, widget_test, and Flutter Driver.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD for mobile, especially GitHub Actions or Bitrise.
• Understanding of Android and iOS platform nuances and device farms.
• Ability to write clean Dart code and follow SOLID principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Firebase Test Lab or Sauce Labs for mobile testing.
• Familiarity with BLoC or Riverpod state‑management patterns.
