Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of forms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Enter data into our database systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Collaborate with our customer service team to provide exceptional support to our clients
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure that all data is accurate and complete
- Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data entry processes and procedures
- Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in our data entry processes
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including overtime and weekends as required
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our data entry processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with our clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with data entry software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
