About the role

Silverline Labs is building a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a Full Stack Web Developer to create end‑to‑end features that ingest, process, and visualize operational data in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive UI components using React.
• Build scalable RESTful services with NodeJS to feed analytics dashboards.
• Integrate MongoDB schemas for high‑velocity data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define API contracts and data validation.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability of the pipeline.
• Document code and contribute to shared knowledge base.

Must-have skills

• Proficient in React, NodeJS, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
• Experience building data‑driven web applications.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and API design.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or containerization.
• Exposure to CI/CD workflows.
• Background in analytics or operations tooling.
