Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our senior consultants, including data entry, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring outstanding customer service and support.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maximizing efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist with project management, including coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking progress.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting, including hardware and software issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as required.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required, including research, data analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, preferably in a business consulting or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other business applications.
