Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including schedule management, email management, and data entry
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure cohesive and efficient operations
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as necessary
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support business decisions and initiatives
- Utilize technology, including CRM software, to manage customer interactions, track sales, and analyze data
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring strong communication and effective collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous growth and improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives, projects, and processes, driving innovation and excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of integrity and ethics
- Perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to think critically
- Experience with CRM software, data entry, and record-keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and demonstrate discretion
- Strong customer service skills, with ability to respond to queries, resolve issues, and exceed expectations
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, systems, and processes, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Certification in administration, customer service, or a related field an asset
