Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain PHP applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate designs into functional web applications.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain consistency and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
• Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities, suggesting improvements and optimizations.
• Ensure all applications are fully tested, including unit testing and integration testing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest PHP trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong focus on Laravel and MySQL.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable PHP applications on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile environments.
• Proficiency in MySQL, including database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and agile project management tools, like Jira.
• Strong knowledge of front-end development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
