Product Manager for Mobile App

We're a productivity app startup with 75K active users needing an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap, prioritize features, and coordinate development. You'll bridge users, stakeholders, and dev team—defining requirements, writing specs, and ensuring we build what matters most. Part-time strategic role (30-40 hours/month).

Responsibilities:

Own and maintain product roadmap

Conduct user research and analyze feedback

Define feature requirements and user stories

Write detailed product specifications and PRDs

Prioritize backlog based on impact and effort

Coordinate with design and development teams

Run sprint planning and retrospectives

Monitor key metrics and product analytics

Make data-driven product decisions

Required Skills:

5+ years product management experience (mobile apps required)

Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies

Experience with user research and data analysis

Proficiency with product tools (Jira, Linear, Productboard)

Ability to write clear specs and user stories

Understanding of mobile development constraints

Analytics skills (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)

Strategic thinking and prioritization expertise

Payment Structure:

Standard: $2,500/month (roadmap + feature specs, 30 hours)

Advanced: $3,250/month (+ user research + analytics, 35 hours)

Payment on the 1st of each month
