About the role

NexGen Media is building a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a React Native Developer to create mobile interfaces that surface real‑time metrics and allow team members to trigger data workflows on the go.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement cross‑platform screens for data visualization and alerting
• Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs that feed operational analytics
• Optimize app performance for large data sets and background sync
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define data contracts and error handling
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability in production

Must-have skills

• Proficient in React Native and JavaScript
• Experience building Android and iOS apps
• Understanding of asynchronous data flows and state management
• Ability to work independently in a remote part‑time setting

Nice to have

• Familiarity with analytics libraries (e.g., Segment, Mixpanel)
• Exposure to data pipeline concepts and streaming APIs
