About the role

Silverline Labs is launching a greenfield SaaS product with a remote‑first culture. We need a DevOps Engineer to design and implement the core infrastructure that will support rapid feature delivery and high availability.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and provision scalable AWS environments using IaC.
• Build robust CI/CD pipelines for microservices deployment.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production reliability.
• Collaborate with developers to embed security and performance best practices.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with AWS services and networking.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Hands‑on CI/CD pipeline creation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Automation mindset and scripting expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Background in security hardening for cloud workloads.
