About the role

Ridgeline Software is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a DevOps Engineer who can tighten defenses, automate compliance checks, and improve our overall security posture while keeping delivery velocity high.

Key responsibilities

• Implement security‑focused IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation
• Integrate automated vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines
• Harden container images and enforce runtime security policies
• Configure AWS security services (GuardDuty, Config, IAM) for continuous monitoring
• Collaborate with developers to embed security best practices early in the lifecycle

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
• Proficiency in AWS services and security tooling
• Hands‑on CI/CD pipeline creation and automation
• Solid understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance

Nice to have

• Experience with SAST/DAST tools
• Knowledge of secret management solutions
• Familiarity with Terraform Sentinel policies
