About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a .NET Core Developer to reinforce authentication, data encryption, and threat monitoring across microservices.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing .NET Core services for security gaps and implement remediation
• Integrate Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities, and RBAC into CI pipelines
• Write secure, testable code following OWASP guidelines
• Collaborate with DevOps to automate security scans and compliance checks
• Document security patterns and provide knowledge transfer to the team

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of .NET Core development
• Strong experience with C# and Azure cloud services
• Hands‑on knowledge of security best practices for APIs and containers
• Proficiency in automated testing and code review tools

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for security pipelines
• Experience with threat modeling and penetration testing
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes security hardening
