About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is modernizing its cloud footprint and needs a senior Terraform Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure as code for a critical migration project. You will work closely with cloud architects to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Terraform modules for AWS resources.
• Design reusable IaC patterns and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with security and networking teams to implement compliance controls.
• Automate provisioning pipelines using CI/CD tools.
• Perform performance tuning and cost optimization of cloud services.
• Document architecture decisions and provide knowledge transfer.

Must-have skills

• Expertise in Terraform and AWS services.
• Strong background in DevOps principles and CI/CD automation.
• Proficiency with Docker containerization.
• Experience scripting with Bash or Python.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus or CloudWatch.
