About the role

Summit Digital is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a Vue.js Frontend Developer to lead a focused overhaul, ensuring fast load times and rock‑solid stability across all user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing Vue.js codebase and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Implement lazy‑loading, code‑splitting, and caching strategies.
• Refactor components for better reusability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize API consumption.
• Write unit and integration tests to guarantee reliability.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Vue.js development experience.
• Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven track record improving frontend performance metrics.
• Experience with Vuex, Vue Router, and modern build tools.
• Ability to write clean, testable code.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Webpack or Vite optimization plugins.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
