Key Responsibilities

• Enter and manage large datasets from various surveys, ensuring data quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with the research team to provide insights and recommendations to clients
• Develop and implement data collection methods, data validation, and data analysis techniques
• Work closely with the research team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Ensure data security and confidentiality, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
• Provide technical support and training to colleagues on data management and analysis techniques
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement new business strategies
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Assist in the development of reports, presentations, and other materials for clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis software
• Experience with data management and analysis, preferably in a research or customer service environment
