About the role

Cascade Apps is enhancing data pipelines and analytics for operations teams. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, provision, and maintain the infrastructure that powers these pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Write reusable Terraform modules for data ingestion and processing services.
• Integrate Terraform with CI/CD workflows to automate environment provisioning.
• Collaborate with data engineers to align infrastructure with analytics requirements.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for pipeline health using cloud-native tools.
• Document infrastructure patterns and best practices for the team.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Terraform on AWS.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues in production.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data lake or warehouse services.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud resources.
