Key Responsibilities

• Edit and refine video content for various projects, including social media campaigns, corporate videos, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and designers to develop concepts and storyboards.
• Work with a variety of editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Ensure that all video content meets the highest standards of quality and is delivered on time.
• Develop and implement editing styles and techniques to enhance the visual and narrative impact of our video content.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that all video content is properly formatted and delivered to the relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop graphics, animations, and other visual elements for our video content.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members and assist with training and development programs.
• Participate in quality control and assurance processes to ensure that all video content meets our high standards.
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all video content is error-free and of high quality.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to develop integrated campaigns and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other editing software.
• Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of video and audio formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with producers, directors, and designers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is an asset.
• Certification in video editing or a related field is an asset.
• Portable portfolio that showcases your editing skills and style.
