Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Assist with sales and marketing activities, including lead generation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide support for special projects and events, as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve services and support.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and service enhancements.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other administrative tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
- Certificate in customer service, administration, or a related field an asset.
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment an asset.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and hardware.
