Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance images to the highest quality standards for use across various media platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and other editing software to perform tasks such as color correction, retouching, and image manipulation.
• Collaborate with photographers and designers to conceptualize and produce visually stunning images that meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of projects without compromising on quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in image editing, making recommendations for the adoption of new technologies or techniques that could benefit the team or clients.
• Contribute to the development of style guides and standards for image editing to ensure consistency across all visual content produced by the agency.
• Provide training and support to junior team members or interns in image editing techniques and software.
• Participate in project planning meetings to understand project requirements, provide input on the feasibility of concepts, and discuss potential challenges and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work done, including versions of files, feedback received, and changes made, ensuring transparency and ease of collaboration.
• Ensure all edited images are optimized for web use, balancing quality and file size to meet the requirements of different digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to review edited images for quality and consistency, implementing feedback to continuously improve outputs.
• Research and recommend stock images or other visual elements when needed, ensuring they align with the client's brand identity and project objectives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with extensive experience in editing and enhancing digital images for various applications.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in image editing, including examples of your work in enhancing, retouching, and manipulating images.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve the aesthetic and impact of images.
• Experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Lightroom and Illustrator, is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on the quality of work.
• Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for spotting and correcting errors or inconsistencies in images.
