Key Responsibilities

• Editing and enhancing images to the highest standards of quality and aesthetics, using advanced techniques and software.
• Collaborating with the design team to develop and implement visual concepts, ensuring seamless integration with our overall brand identity.
• Working closely with photographers, art directors, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality across all visual elements.
• Utilizing expertise in color correction, retouching, and compositing to create stunning visual effects.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our brand identity, ensuring all visual elements align with our core values and messaging.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our visual content.
• Crafting and presenting concept presentations, design mockups, and final designs to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure visual elements meet business objectives.
• Conducting quality control checks to ensure all visual elements meet our high standards of quality and consistency.
• Providing guidance and support to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices to promote skill development and growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in image editing, preferably in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with expertise in layers, masks, and effects.
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition, with the ability to apply these principles to create stunning visual effects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency across all visual elements.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with other design tools, including Illustrator and InDesign, is highly desirable.
