Key Responsibilities

• Editing and enhancing images using Photoshop and other image editing software to meet client requirements.
• Collaborating with designers, art directors, and other stakeholders to develop visual concepts and designs.
• Manipulating images to achieve desired effects, including retouching, color correction, and compositing.
• Ensuring all final images are of high quality, meet brand standards, and are delivered on time.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in image editing and graphic design.
• Providing feedback and guidance to junior team members to help them improve their skills.
• Working closely with the project management team to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Utilizing project management tools to track progress, meet deadlines, and communicate with the team.
• Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and insights.
• Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
• Being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in image editing and manipulation.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and visual design principles.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
